Need your Help

I am asking all my friends to post a link on their Facebook, Twitter or any other page they may have to help me find my computer.

On Sunday 9/12, I was at Covenant Church, between second and third service (11 am- 11:30 am) in room 111. It is the room where all choir and volunteers met for snack and refreshments between the two services.
I left my computer on the table by the accordion door, and forgot to pick it up before I left the church. When my wife went back around 11:50am, it was gone.

If you know of anyone that may have misplaced it, please help me get it back.

We have lots of pictures that were, unfortunately, not backed up, that I would love to pay to get back.

Please ask your friends to do the same.

This is Sallie, and she just turned 5. The best daughter I could ever ask for.

Real Estate HDR

This is my attempt to HDR. If you don't know what HDR or High Dynamic Range is, like I didn't, it's basically taking two or more pictures, of the same subject, with different exposure and merging them together. If you want to do it, you must have a tripod, and if you want to make the job easier, a remote shutter.
Here is my First attempt to HDR.



I'm a Real Estate Agent and needed nice pictures to post on line. As I enjoy photography, I wanted to do it myself. I'm strongly against 'editing' RE photos when it comes to deleting or adding things to make the house look better than it is. However, I'm very open to showing the house in it's best light.
For those that have done any indoor RE photography, on bright sunny day, know how hard this task is. You have bright light coming from the windows while other side of the room is all dark.

Just a side note, the first picture, the outside of the house is not an HDR image.

Thank you for checking my blog and I'm glad to show off my new pictures.
I shot this wedding just before I broke my computer. Long story short I got all the pictures I wanted off of the old computer.

Wedding was at night in a candle lit winery, just in case you wonder why are so many pictures so dark.

Good news.

In my last post, I told you about my computer crashing and all my data lost. However, I'm glad to say, after last few very long days, I was able to get most of the pictures back and some other important files...
I'm still working on getting my emails of Entourage 2004, and with God's help I will get it soon.

I just want to say thank you to all that are visiting my blog.
You may have noticed that in last week there were no new post. Reason is I had a rough week, and in short, here is how it went.
On Monday, I helped my friend do a wedding. Yes, it was fun, however, it was at night and bride chose very low lighting. It went good over all, and just to be safe, I backed up first batch of pics to my computer, then continued shooting.
On Tuesday and Wednesday I started editing pictures and getting excited, it was turning out better than I thought. And that's when all went downhill.
Wednesday night I accidentally dropped my computer and broke it, with about 1/4 of pictures still on it, not backed up.
Then it got worse, Thursday my car broke down.
You may think can't you just take the Hard Drive out and plug it in another computer? That's what i thought, however, HDD got damaged and will not connect with another computer. It is trying very hard but no luck so far.
Thank you again for checking my blog and pray that I fix the HDD.

We had this balloon for at least a month. I don't know where did the kids get it from but it is magic. It just will not deflate and will not pop. My son sat on it and nothing, they just have so much fun with it.

Last night I fulfilled my responsibility to get the tree in the house and set up...then I left the rest to my wife and kids - the decorating...They had so much fun!

Family portraits.

On Saturday, I had a great opportunity to work with one of the sweetest families you can ever meet. Mr. and Mrs. Parker, they are my wife’s uncle and aunt, and their kids and grandkids, met me at a local park. From the start I knew it would be fun, I just didn’t know how much. This is the largest family group I have worked with so far, and in a very short time. It was very cold, about 47F, that’s freezing in Texas. At least they all had nice rosy cheeks…hahaha.
